Guardians of the Earth,
Master Olive Oil Producers

For over a century, we have been cultivating the land in the Lepini Mountains, transforming olives into an organic extra virgin olive oil that captures the authentic character of Colline Pontine.

Our History

A legacy that continues every day

The Orsini Farm has its roots in a family history that began more than a century ago. Today, our family carries on this legacy with the same respect for the land and the natural rhythms that guided previous generations.

Every olive tree holds a piece of this story: a story of daily work, the changing seasons, harvests, and careful choices. We don’t simply produce oil; we cultivate a deep connection with a region we’ve known all our lives.

Oil comes from the earth. Quality comes from love.

THE BEGINNING OF THE STORY

Farming with Respect

In our olive groves, nestled between the Lepini Mountains and the Pontine Plain, we cultivate over 10,000 olive trees set amid a landscape of citrus groves and Mediterranean scrub.

We chose organic farming because we believe that quality stems first and foremost from the health of the land. We do not use genetically modified organisms, we pay constant attention to the plants, and our farming practices are designed to preserve the natural balance of the olive grove

We cultivate olive trees that have shaped the hilly landscape of the Lepini Mountains for at least two centuries, applying the sound agricultural practices that taught me the value of a simple life, rich in affection and wise traditions and steeped in full contact with nature.

Good agricultural practices take into account the rhythms of the seasons, respect the soil’s natural fertility, preserve the landscape, and promote a diversity of knowledge.  It is patient, honest and responsible.

Good agricultural practices ensure a good quality of life for both producers and consumers. And they help secure the world’s future.

in every drop
our land

Orsini olive oil is born here: among the hills, the sea, olive groves, and ancient villages. Tasting it means rediscovering the aromas of our land and the patient work of a family that has chosen to preserve it.
